It's hard to imagine going to the gym 5 hours a day, yet managed not eating meat.

The picture here of Hin Chun Chui, a bodybuilder who only eats veggie. I am pretty perplexed by the news from South China Morning Post . You should probably be wondering: people eat veggies to when they want to lose weight, but how eating veggie build muscules? It's the way reverse!

One of a kind Chui is the only vegan bodybuilder in Hong Kong, probably in China as well. However, vegan bodybuilding is common in German, England and Australia. The new diet for athletes As a swimmer myself, I ate a lot of meat, vegetables and fruit. I have no idea that vegan bodybuilding is possible before I read the post from South China Morning Post. Hong Kong athletes who specialise in sports like boxing, karate, gymnastics, running and even swimming which requires muscles and a light weighted body. Vegan bodybuilding might therefore be a way for them to win athletes from other countries.
